Strategy can be a pretty vague word - even more so when it comes to video content. 

My focus is on helping brands and agencies take a more long term and sustainable approach to video content.

 

This is because the most successful content is built over time by brands that behave as much like publishers as advertisers. 

What I can offer in this area is:

Audit & Evaluation - Looking at video analytics and channel management to identify what's working and more importantly what isn't.

Creative Strategy - Working independently or with creative teams to build complete channel concepts and series ideas that work together to form a coherent content strategy.

Production Strategy - The corner stone of a good content strategy - the ability to actually produce the work in a sustainable and effective way and on which a brand can grow over time.
